You don’t fit into a box, but we believe that coaching and community can add guardrails that keep us on track. Too often, we put ourselves into a box that holds us back. Brackets create the space for the freedom that you need to live out your unique purpose and build a life you love!

We begin in the blue, with limitless possibilities, but through clarity, confidence, and a network of support, we will transition to our boldest, self-assured state— gold.

My mission is to help people navigate life’s journey so they can build a life they love. I am a spirited performance coach who loves working with young adults to uncover their purpose and put it into action. I started Elevate You Edge while my family was living in Chicagoland after several of my Executive Coaching Clients asked if I would work with their young adult children. Two years ago, my family and I moved to Franklin, TN, and after taking a short break as we acclimate to our new home, I am continuing my work with young adults. My wife and I have 4 incredible children under the age of 8. I still work as an Executive Coach for organizations and help my wife run her non-profit after-school literacy program, Reading for Change. I would work with you or your young adult child as they navigate the crucial years between 18-26. Your purpose is NOW, and together, we can build a plan to amplify that through school, career, and beyond!

Originally from Tucson, Arizona, she has planted in southeast Tennessee where she thrives on listening to live music and exploring new places.
